A user flow map was created to understand all possibilities users can encounter regards to opening the app, in order to list all necessary functions.
Wireframes are drew to integrate all the information collected. The text contents were confirmed with the marketing team.
I applied the company's existing VI system, created illustrations of their mascot, and designed several versions to polish the visual effect, to convey a natural, cheerful and bright vibe.

Tanggram App Guide Pages
Tanggram is Australia's first smart wealth creation platform, aiming at helping everyday people create wealth through easy investment and shopping rewards.
One of my task in Tanggram was to design app guide pages to tackle their problem of low conversion rate: from people attending their marketing campaigns to becoming app users. This is a personal task, reporting to the chief creative officer.

In order to learn about key elements, interactive elements, and design styles for guide pages, I researched design reports, articles and 20 Australian apps. The investigation exposed the rationales for their use of particular approaches to accomplish particular goals.

The low conversion rate was the crucial problem which needs to be solved by the guide pages.
Due to the company's service being novel to the Australian market, most potential users do not understand their services. Moreover, an investment service commonly raises alertness.

Reflection
Designing a guide page may appear to be intuitive, however, researching revealed that even seemingly straightforward sections could be significantly altered to serve a variety of purposes.
Motion design can be utilised to the graphics to draw users' attention better and convey a lively, positive identity if more time and budget was given to this project.
